Q:  Who can I contact if I have questions or trouble submitting an online order?
A:  Please click on the Contact Us link or email us at orders@topoffice.ca and we will gladly assist you within 24 business hours.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:   If you do not want the item you have ordered, we will either pick it up or have it sent back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.  It must be unopened and in its original packaging.  Return fees are assumed by the customer, except for defective items or order errors from our part.  You will receive a credit towards your next online purchase for the amount of the original item available to be used within 6 months.

Q:  Ho much is shipping?
A:  Shipping is Free anywhere in Canada on orders over $30, excluding taxes and coupons.  Otherwise, shipping costs will depend on delivery location.

Q:  When will I get my order?
A:  Delivery is generally next-day depending on the region and if orders are placed before 3 pm (EST).  This excludes weekends and holidays when delivery will be the following business day.

Q:  What are your payment methods?
A:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and pay-later for contract customers.

Q:  How do I change my email or password?
A:  Simply contact us and we will make the changes for you.
